The Artist
M'Liss Stephenson is a movement consultant and choreographer based in Portland, Oregon and available to travel with decades of professional experience in contemporary dance. Trained at the world-renowned Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, M'Liss brings technical mastery and an infectious creative energy to every project she takes on.
A proud and active member of the queer community, M'Liss has a deep passion for creating space where all bodies, all identities, and all ability levels are celebrated. From seasoned performers to first-timers stepping onto a dance floor, she meets every client exactly where they are.
Her work spans stage & dance choreography, artistic swimming choreography, drag performance choreography, and the most personal of all — first dances for couples ready to make their moment unforgettable.
